Note
Overall
Please do not use it outside of the specifications on the nameplate or product catalog of the gearbox and motor to avoid electric shock, injury, and damage to the device. Please do not put your fingers or objects into the opening of the gear or motor to avoid electric shock, injury, fire, and damage to the device. Please do not use damaged gearboxes or motors to avoid the possibility of injury, fire, etc. Please do not remove the nameplate. The unauthorized modification of the product by the customer is not covered by the warranty, and our company does not assume any responsibility. If it falls off or falls over during moving, it is very dangerous. Please pay full attention.

Install
Please never place combustible materials around the gearbox and motor to avoid a fire. Please do not place objects around the motor, which may affect the ventilation and cooling of the motor, or even cause burns or fire due to abnormal overheating. Please do not touch the gear, motor shaft end, or keyway of the gear with bare hands to avoid injury. In devices such as food machinery that may produce smoke, please install an additional oil cup at the installation site that can hold oil to prevent any adverse effects on the product in case of oil leakage.

Connection to the main machinery
In the rotating part, please install safety covers, etc. to prevent injury. Please confirm the direction of rotation before mechanically connecting with the other party. If the rotation direction is not correct, there is a possibility of injury or damage to the device.

Measure
When measuring insulation resistance, please do not touch the terminals to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Wiring
Please follow the wiring diagram or user manual to connect to the power supply to avoid electric shock or fire. (If there is no terminal box, please strengthen the insulation of the connecting part.) For power cables and motor leads, please do not excessively bend, stretch, or clamp them to avoid electric shock hazards. The grounding terminal should be firmly grounded to avoid the risk of electric shock. Be sure to use a power supply that meets the requirements of the nameplate to avoid burning the motor and causing a fire.

Operate
During operation, never approach or come into contact with rotating objects (shafts, etc.). If you are involved or injured, please immediately cut off the power switch and handle it promptly. When a power outage occurs, please make sure to cut off the power switch to prevent injury or damage to the device after a power outage. Please note that motors with thermal protectors will automatically cut off the power supply when the motor temperature is abnormal. When the motor temperature drops to a certain value, the motor will automatically resume operation. (Note: The motor will automatically recover without burning out)

Daily inspection and maintenance
In normal times, keep the motor operating in a normal working environment. When inspecting (except for special models), please never come into contact with rotating objects (shafts, etc.). There is a possibility of being involved and injured.

Inspection upon acceptance of goods
Please confirm if the stock is consistent with the order. Choosing the wrong product may cause damage to the motor or damage to the device.
